TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS OF MAKING REGULAR AND IRREGULAR VARIOUSLY DIMENSIONED SOLID FORMS - SHAPES OF MULTI-LAYER FILM TYPE MATERIALS COMPOSED OF TWO OR MORE LAYERS OF PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL DISPARATE MATERIALS

Invention herewith described refers to the technological process of making regular and irregular variously dimensioned solid forms - shapes of multi-layer film type materials composed of two or more layers of physical-chemical disparate materials intended for the producing the desired form of original multi-layer films with the desired physical and chemical characteristics and is based on the combined application of the pressing process and thermal impact on the different layers of material. For the realization of this procedure there is required a pressing machine with hydraulically driven pistons. The multi-layer thermoplastic film is composed of the polyethylene layer (1), the cardboard layer (2) and the polyamide layer (3) or of the layer of UV varnish (4), the polypropylene layer (5), the aluminium layer (6) and the polyethylene layer (7) of different shapes and dimensions, obtained in the tools that are placed in the pressing machine and consist of at least two parts of which at least one part is movable during the pressing phase. The films are joined in one unit with the devices (9) for heating and cooling that have thermoregulatory control to allow melting of at least one layer of the multilayer film, where the lateral closing sides (8) of the tools have greater depth in relation to the tools for pressing the powder, laminar or granular materials.
