<p>The technical problem of insufficient lubrication is solved by a device and procedure for lubrication of sealing plates, which improves lubrication of contact surfaces between two sealing, preferably ceramic plates of a water faucet valve, preferably in single-handle sanitary faucets. The essence of the invention lies in a system for continuous feeding of fresh grease to the place of the washed-out grease between contact surfaces of the plates, so that a reservoir has been created between a ceramic slider (6) and a movable plate (7). The feeding of a lubricant is assured by means of the gravity force and negative pressure created on the location of the washed-out grease. The negative pressure which would appear in a reservoir (9) due to outflow of grease is compensated (equalised) through a venting channel (12). In this way, an incomparably greater quantity of lubricant is assured in the ceramic valve, which means a longer service life of the valve.</p> |
