The device (1) has a drum (2) for winding a Venetian blind raising/lowering cable that is in the form of band whose length ranges from 100 to 300 cm and width ranges from 5 to 10 mm. A pulley (3) comprises a groove that receives a Venetian blind orienting cable (31) i.e. nylon rope, where the groove is provided with smooth walls. The drum and the pulley are integrated with one another, and are coaxial and adjacent in axial direction. The drum and the pulley are formed with a single plastic body. A discoidal element (5) is mounted on the body, and serves as a sidewall for the drum.
