The method involves collecting data from measurement modules (200) of corresponding agricultural plots (P1-P6) for combining the data by a centralized module (100) i.e. processing base, and for sending the combined data to each measurement module such that local radio-frequency interrogation of a single measurement module enables obtaining parameters measured by all of the measurement modules. The single measurement module is interrogated by a portable offset module (400) having a screen to display the state of all plots in real-time. An independent claim is also included for a device for monitoring and managing parameters on agricultural plots.
