PURPOSE: An electronic device and an operating method thereof are provided to improve the visibility of a user content corresponding to a preset keyword by controlling the output property of a user content obtained according to the preset keyword. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(110) obtains at least one user content based on a position condition. A control unit(170) separately outputs the output property of a first user content including information corresponding to a keyword and the output property of a second user content without the information corresponding to the keyword. The control unit gives visibility to the information corresponding to the keyword. The user content is real time traffic information which a user generates. A position data module(111) checks the position data of a navigation device(10).
