<p>PURPOSE: A connection apparatus is provided to prevent micro particles from generating when sliding spare parts by forming liquid, gas, and fluid passages with plugs. CONSTITUTION: A connection apparatus comprises plugs(11) and a fitting member. The plugs include a cylindrical unit(11a) for the plugs, a liquid passage(16) for discharging and supplying liquid, a gas passage(17) for discharging and supplying gas, a fluid passage(19), and an opening(11b). The fluid passage is connected to a container and a flexible container for discharging and supplying fluid. The fitting member is press-fitted to the plugs.</p> |
