PURPOSE: A device for changing a utility box of a trunk is provided to change a bag according to the structure and condition of different trunk using a hinge of each bag. CONSTITUTION: A device for changing a utility box of a trunk comprises a plurality of front fabrics(10a), an integral back fabric(10b) and a hinge(14). A plurality of front fabrics is formed wit left and right fabrics(10c) as one body. The integral back fabric is combined with a plurality of left and right fabrics combined with the floor fabrics. The fabrics are combined and a plurality of bags is formed. A plurality of bags has inlet fabrics(10f) upon the upper end. A plurality of bags is rotated backward around the hinge. Bags are unfolded and folded.
