PURPOSE: A welded fence with vertical and horizontal bars is provided to enable easy coupling of a welded fence and enhance the coupling force between a coupling unit and a post. CONSTITUTION: A welded fence with vertical and horizontal bars comprises a post(10), a horizontal bar(20), and a vertical bar(30). The post is fixed perpendicularly to the ground surface. The horizontal bar is coupled between the inner sides of an adjacent post. The horizontal bar comprises an upper linear member and a lower linear member. The lower linear member is installed at an interval from the lower part of the upper linear member in parallel. At the vertical bar, the linear members are in part bonded in parallel. The vertical bar is fixed by welding to cross the horizontal bar.
