SHAFT LOCKING SYSTEM FOR A SHIP

PURPOSE: A shaft locking unit for a ship is provided to prevent the lift of a propelling shaft by reaction force since a locking unit and a stopper unit are installed on the base at the lower part of the propelling shaft movably in an optimized structure. CONSTITUTION: A shaft locking unit for a ship comprises base(10), a sliding unit(20), a stopper unit(30), and a locking unit(40). The base is arranged on the lower part of the connecting flange of a propelling shaft. The sliding unit is arranged on the base, and a sliding plate moves on one side and the other side of the sliding groove on the top of the sliding unit. The stopper is installed on one sliding plate and is assembled to one side of the connecting flange through the stopper. The locking unit is installed on the other sliding plate and is assembled to the other side of the connecting flange through a locking link.
