PURPOSE: A producing method of cut rice cake is provided to maximize the transportation convenience by cutting massive amount of rice cake pieces at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of cut rice cake comprises the following steps: locating a detachable plate(20) inside a case(10) including a through-hole(11) and an inward hooking jaw(12) for storing the rice cake; setting the rice cake in the case to be mounted on the detachable plate; mounting a support plate(30) with cutting lines(30a) on both sides of the case; inserting blades(40) into the cutting lines to cut the rice cake; freezing the cut rice cake with the case; dissolving the frozen rice cake; pushing the detachable plate for separating the rice cake from the case; and packing the rice cake after separating the blades. |
