PURPOSE: A passivation method of an organic film and a display panel module thereby are provided to protect the oxidation of an organic thin-film device after the deposition of an organic thin-film device. CONSTITUTION: In a passivation method of an organic film and a display panel module thereby, an organic thin-film device(110) is formed on a substrate(100). A Teflon(120) is evaporated on the organic thin-film device. A hydrophobic DLC film(130) is evaporated on the organic thin-film device and is formed through one of PECVD, IBD, and Sputter and PACVD.
