SUPPORTING APPARATUS OF PROCESS MOLD FOR LEAD FRAME

PURPOSE: A device for supporting a lead frame processing mold is provided to easily attach or detach the processing mold of a lead frame by changing the interval between a lead frame sitting table and a processing mold. CONSTITUTION: A device for supporting a lead frame processing mold comprises a processing mold mounting member(112), a lead frame sitting table(111), a supporting member(120), a guide member(140), a connecting member(150) and a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder member(130). The processing mold is installed to the processing mold mounting member. The lead frame processed with the processing mold puts on the lead frame sitting table. The supporting member supports the processing mold mounting member across the lead frame sitting table. The guide member is connected to the supporting member. One side of the connecting member is rotatably connected to the lead frame sitting table.
