PURPOSE: A motor and recording disk driving apparatus are provided to reduce noise between a stator and a rotor at high rotation of the motor. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve(120) supports a shaft in order to project the upper part of the shaft to the upper part of a shaft direction. The outer circumference of the sleeve is pressed to a stator(200). A coil(220) generates rotation driving force. The coil is wound in a core(210). The core is combined to the stator. A rotor(300) is pressed to the shaft. A recessed groove is formed in the inner surface corresponding to the coil. The rotor includes a flow path(330).
