发明名称 METHOD FOR ENHANCING OPERATION EFFICIENCY OF CRANK GEAR AND ASSEMBLY THEREOF
摘要 The invention relates to machine construction and is aimed at enhancing effectiveness and reliability of a crank gear operation by simplifying kinematic connections therein and by providing an automatic increase of inertia moment of its rotating driven member when passing “dead” points by a translational-moving driving member. A feedback action of a correcting device with the driven member is provided and thus regulating the value of said additional increase of a flywheel inertia moment by changing a force of the flywheel coupling with the correcting device using therein rheological properties of electroviscous liquid. The crank gear comprises a connecting rod 2, one end of which is connected with the driven member of translational displacement and the other with the crank 6 with rotational motion of the driven member, it also comprises the correcting device for rotating said member. The correcting device has no contact with the crank and embodied as a crankcase 10 rigidly fixed on a shaft 7, inside which the flywheel 11 is housed and fixed on the shaft 7 via a bearing 12. The crankcase 10 is filled with the electroviscous liquid 13, the shaft is arranged in contact with a sensor 14 connected to an electrical signal system 15 which is connected with the electroviscous liquid via the crankcase and the shaft. The flywheel mass can exceed by 3-5 times the crankcase mass which can be fixed on the shaft via insulating gaskets. The electrical signal supply system can be electrically connected to the crankcase and the shaft via sliding contacts, wherein the shaft sliding contacts is connected to a negative terminal and the crankcase sliding contact to a positive terminal of the electrical signal supply system.
