<p>The invention relates to some rectangular lattice plates for the osteosynthesis of cranial bones, employed in cranial fracture reduction, which are intrasurgically fixed on the bone fragments by means of some mini-screws. According to the invention, the plates comprise one of the flat components () in the shape of rectangular lattice with square- or rectangle-shaped meshes, in the lattice branch points there being cut some through holes for some mini-screws which fix the plates to the bone fragments, where the component () consists of a flat body () in the shape of rectangular lattice with square-shaped meshes, provided with some prism-shaped portions () confined by some smooth flat surfaces () of rectangular cross-sections and some prism-shaped portions () confined by some smooth flat surfaces () of rectangular cross-sections, perpendicular to the portions (), the portions () being joined to some portions () confined by some smooth cylindrical portions (), the portions () being provided inside with some through holes () confined by some surfaces () of smooth cylindrical shape, continuing towards one of the lattice faces with some portions () confined by some conical surfaces (), the body () having usually one of the following thickness values: 0.6, 0.8 and 1 mm, the width of 27 or 35 mm and the length of 45 or 60 mm, the portions () having equal lengths and forming, together with the portions (), a square-shaped lattice that may have 6 or 8 mm between the holes, while the width of the portions () may be 1.5 or 1.8 mm and the diameter of the through holes for the mini-screws fixing the plates to the bone fragments may have one of the following values: 1.2, 1.5 or 1.8 mm, and the component () consists of a flat body () in the shape of rectangular lattice with rectangle-shaped meshes.</p> |
