The device has a flexible collector (1) whose lower part is connected to a sucking hopper (2). The collector is immersed in bottom of an ocean by a service ship. A collecting tube is equipped with a number of stages comprising a thruster ring (3) and an internal closure. The thruster ring receives hydraulic energy from a high pressure pump installed at a lateral surface (4) along the collecting tube. The internal closure is located below the ring. Sensors are placed in the collector for detecting temperature, pressure or flow of fluid.
