The installation (1) has a set of communication units (11) controlled along a configuration in which fluid circulation is generated from a storage tank (4a) distinct from another storage tank (4b) utilized by another set of communication units, so as to ensure draining of fraction of a liquid phase. A calculating unit calculates concentration of gas analyte in the fraction of air flow. The calculating unit calculates concentration from the concentrations of the analyte measured by a measurement unit (5) in fractions of the liquid phase obtained during course of respective successive cycles. An independent claim is also included for a method for measuring concentration of gas analyte contained in air.
