The assembly (10) has a connector (5) whose outer surface defines axial slots (52), and an elastic helical valve (8) received in a section (72) of a tubular cylinder (7), where diameter of the section of the cylinder is smaller than another section (71) of the cylinder. The helical valve has an opening (84) defined in its end (81), and an insert (821) projected from another end (82) of the valve. A hollow elastic part (83) is situated between the ends of the valve so as to provide force to displace the insert of the valve for closing a passage in a sealed manner.
