The invention relates to an installation for thermal treatments applied to metal pieces carried out in liquid media of molten salts, molten lead, mineral oil and subjected to a mechanical oscillation field, thermal treatments carried out at heating temperatures ranging between 160...600°C for tempering, stress relieving, isothermal hardening, solution annealing and ageing of alloys hardenable by precipitation, sulphitation and cyanidation. According to the invention, the installation comprises a classical heating bath () provided with a crucible () made of refractory steel which is supported on a propping plate () whereto there is attached the coupling bar () by means of which there are transmitted the mechanical oscillations produced by the electrodynamic spark drawer () supplied with current having a frequency adjustable by a low frequency generator () and a power amplifier (), the spark drawer being protected against heating by a water cooler (). |
