The table (1) has actuation units (8) comprising spacing elements (61, 62) positioned in a horizontal plane, where each actuation unit is provided on two sides of a pivoting axis. A current part (71c) of a belt (71) cooperates with the elements such that the belt connects the elements closer to vertically deploy the elements from a shearing mechanism (5) and raise an upper framework (20) so that unfolding of the belt moves away the elements under the weight of the framework and the load for folding the mechanism against a lower framework (10) and lowering the upper framework.
