PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a bush for a railroad car brake is provided to improve the dimensional stability and prevent the accident due to damage by guaranteeing the high abrasion resistance and friction coefficient. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a bush for a railroad car brake comprises the following steps. Molybdenum Disulphide of 1.5% is mixed in the resol type phenolic resin. The liquid mixture is prepared. The fabric is made by mixing the polyester yarn 60% and polyester cotton 40%. The fabric is maintained at a prescribed thickness and width. The fabric is gradually carried and is impregnated in the liquid mixture. The impregnated fabric is dried and is stored to a roll state. The fabric of the roll state is pressed and wound in the mold which is a pipe shape. The heat is added according to each section of a predetermined time. The thermally treated products are separated from a round bar. The external diameter of product is processed with a lathe and is cut in a predetermined standard. The inner/ outer end of a bush is processed.
