PURPOSE: A soundproof wall is provided to ensure easy installation by employing prefabricated soundproof panels and to effectively block and attenuate noises because sound absorbing panels are installed between the soundproof panels. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall(10) comprises support frames(20), soundproof members(100), and sound absorbing panels(400a). The support frames are formed with coupling grooves(21) on both sides thereof and installed at regular intervals on the surface. The soundproof members are installed between the support frames in multiple stages by being inserted in the coupling grooves and form a soundproof panel which covers a first sound absorbing material. The sound absorbing panels are installed between the soundproof members and accommodate a second sound absorbing material.
