The invention relates to a technology for producing nanofibres from polymeric solutions by using a computerized electrostatic spinning system. According to the invention, the technology consists in that a specific software achieves the control of some electrostatic spinning parameters, such as: the high voltage needed for the electrostatic spinning, the flow rate of polymeric solution, the volume of polymeric solution, the width and speed of the nozzle motion, the speed of collector motion, the temperature of the environment wherein the process takes place, the air humidity and speed in the environment wherein the process takes place, the distance between the nozzle and the collector, the value of the electric current passing through the nano-thread, the electric field distribution along the nano-thread, as well as the nozzle needle cleaning speed during the operation process.
