PURPOSE: A triple layer warp knitted fabric using for padding is economic, environment-friendly, and form-stable after washing. CONSTITUTION: A triple layer warp knitted fabric(2) comprises up and down layers(4,6), and intermediate layer. The up and down layers consist of filament yarn, DTY yarn, or the mixture thereof. The intermediate layer consists of DTY yarn, mono yarn, filament yarn, or the mixture thereof. The loop number of texture is 300-1400loop/inch^2. The filament yarn and DTY yarn are formed with 50-300 denier. The mono layer is formed with 20-50 denier. The up and down layers are formed by mixing elastic yarn with filament yarn, DTY yarn, or the mixture thereof. The intermediate layer is formed by mixing elastic yarn with DTY yarn, mono yarn, filament yarn, or the mixture thereof. The elastic yarn is formed with 20-70 denier. The thickness of the intermediate layer is 3-20mm. |
