The invention relates to a water purifying plant employed for preparing drinking water from surface or deep sources. According to the invention, the water purifying plant comprises a grained material filter (), a tank () being mounted in connection with said filter, wherefrom, depending on the water level detected by some minimal/maximal level detectors (), the water is transferred or not by means of a pump () to at least one advanced water purification module () which is in connection with another tank () by means of some vertical filtering columns (), through an adsorbing material wherefrom, after the detection of the maximal level by a detector (), the water is transferred by using a pump (), through a conduit () wherein a preset flow of a microbiologically treating solution is injected by a pulsating pump (), up to a drinking water storing and distribution tank ().
