METHODS AND KITS FOR EXPRESSION PROFILING OF MICRORNA USING PNA MEDIATED REAL-TIME PCR CLAMPING

PURPOSE: An analysis method of miRNA expression pattern using PCR clamping is provided to enable stable and simple analysis and to be used in massive analysis and clinic. CONSTITUTION: An analysis method for miRNA expression pattern comprises: a step of synthesizing cDNA from total RNA or target miRNA; a step of performing real-time PCR of the miRNA under the presence of a PNA clamping probe; and a step of analyzing the result of the real time PCR to confirm miRNA expression. The PNA clamping probe has 13-30mer base sequences.
