The holder has a mechanical interlock which is designed to intervene into a connecting element of an electric bicycle. Electrical contacts (22) of a charging port (19) are designed such that pins are projected from both sides of a luggage carrier (7). The pins are equipped with charging contacts, and the luggage carrier is accommodated as a component of the electric bicycle. An independent claim is also included for an electric bicycle.
