The device (D) has an object (SC) provided in a storing space (ER). A rolling axle (AX) is rotatably mounted in the storing space under an elastic return force. A flexible thin strap (LS) comprises an end integrated to the axle. Another end (E2) of the flexible thin strap is provided with a fixing unit (MF1) i.e. complementary hook, that is connected with another fixing unit (MF2) i.e. ring, implanted in a filing space to retain the latter fixing unit when the flexible thin strap is passed through an opening of the object.
