SYSTEM FOR MEASURING HALFTONE DOT OF GRAVURE ROLL USING INTERFERENCE SENSOR

PURPOSE: A gravure roll halftone dot measuring system using an interference sensor is provided to enable measuring on geometrical information in determining halftone-dot's volume of a gravure and ink gain. CONSTITUTION: A gravure roll halftone dot measuring system(S) using an interference sensor comprises an XY table(100), a stepping motor controller(200), an interference sensor(300), a sensor controller(400), and a terminal unit(500). A gravure roll is placed on the XY table. The stepping motor controller generates driving signals for a stepping motor depending on the control of the terminal unit to move the XY table. The interference sensor measures the halftone-dot of a gravure roll. The sensor controller generates driving signals for the interference sensor depending on the control of the terminal unit.
