PURPOSE: A novel fused pyrimidine derivative is provided to treat or prevent cancer, tumor, inflammatory diseases, or autoimmune diseases. CONSTITUTION: A novel fused pyrimidine derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer, inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, or immunologically mediated diseases contains the compound of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The cancer is caused by epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase or mutant thereof. The pharmaceutical composition additionally contains cell signal transduction inhibitor, mitotic inhibitor, alkylating agent, insertion anticancer drug, topoisomerase inhibitor, or mixture thereof.
