摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The inductor (L) has a core divided into two parts to form two core gaps (S1, S2), where the core comprises rods (K1a, K1b, K2a, K2b) with a coil and yokes (J1, J2). The coil is in magnetic interaction with the core, and comprises foil-wound windings (W1a, W1b, W2a, W2b), where the windings are arranged in a region of the rod. An edge of the windings extends out at a front surface of the coil and forms a common core gap (S) at the front surface of the coil. Electrical and heat conducting insulation layers are arranged in the gap or at the front surface of the coil. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Inductor for use in a consumer product e.g. mobile phone, in power plant e.g. electrical transformer, in motor vehicle and in vehicle with hybrid drive. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The edge of the windings extends out at the front surface of the coil and forms the common core gap at the front surface of the coil for arranging the electrical and heat conducting insulation layers, so that the rod can be insulated in an inexpensive manner, thus reducing weight and size of the inductor. The insulation layers remove heat generated at the front surface of the coil and provide high insulation starch of isolation among the yoke, the windings and the rods.
