The light-emitting module according to the present invention comprises: a body; an induced current generating unit disposed in the body such that induced current is generated; and a light-emitting unit which is electrically connected to the induced current generating unit and emits light by means of the induced current. In addition, the self-powered light-emitting fishing lure according to the present invention comprises: a lure body internally equipped with the light-emitting module; and a fishing hook mounted on the lower part of the lure body, while another embodiment comprises: the lure body; the fishing hook mounted on the lower part of the lure body; and the light-emitting module which is provided on the upper part of the lure body or on the lower part of the fishing hook. The present invention can receive power semi-permanently in the form of induced current without the need for separate components such as a battery which has to be replaced, by receiving the power necessary for the light-emitting unit as induced current from the induced current generating unit. Moreover, the invention can be easily used without inconveniences such as replacement of a battery which runs out or malfunctions during use.
