PURPOSE: A device for expanding pipe equipping mandrel is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by securing quality stability and productivity increasing. CONSTITUTION: A device for expanding pipe equipping mandrel comprises a base member(100), a transfer member(200), a press member(300), a heater member(400), a placing member(350), a fixing member(500) and a mandrel member(600). A rail installs to the upper of the base member to transfer a steel pipe. The mobile tool is formed in back side of the base member. The mobile tool includes a cylinder rod in which the length is varied. The steel pipe is passed through the cylinder rod. The press member comprises a press plate and a touch panel. The touch panel is touched with the back side of the steel pipe while closing a fixed part of the mobile hole. The heater member is located in the base member anterior. The placing member is located in the heater member anterior. The fixing member is formed in the base member.
