Organic acid salts of Penehyclidine optical isomer, specifically compounds of formula (I), crystals, solvates or pro-drugs thereof are disclosed, in which n and HX are as defined in the specification. The methods for preparing compounds of formula (I), crystals, solvates or pro-drugs thereof, their pharmaceutical use, methods for treating diseases or disorders using them and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them are also disclosed. The organic acid salts of Penehyclidine optical isomer possess the character of high stability.
