PURPOSE: A Korean-style raw beef(Yukhoe) comprising ginseng root as a main material is provided to obtain excellent taste and flavor, to stimulate appetite, and to enhance a level of immunity by mixing wild ginseng root and beef seasoning. CONSTITUTION: A wild ginseng yukhoe comprises beef 200g, wild ginseng root 20g, onion 15g, tender water parsley 15g, small green onion 15g, pear juice 10mL, sesame oil 30mL, sugar 15g, refined rice wine sake 5mL, nicely aged soy sauce 10mL, garlic 10g, ground sesame mixed with salt 10g, powdered black pepper 2g, toasted sesame seeds 5g. The ginseng has maximum saponin content by cultivating the ginseng for 45 ~ 60 days. |
