The product may include a body portion formed of a polymer-based resin, wherein upon being formed by high velocity injection molding, the body portion has a gate position, a last fill position, a flow length to wall thickness ratio greater than or equal to about 200, wherein the flow length is measured from the gate position to the last fill position, and a wall thickness less than or equal to about 1 millimeter, wherein the polymer-based resin has a melt flow index less than or equal to about 1000 grams/10 minutes. |
