PURPOSE: A radio tag and a method for manufacturing radio tag are provided to conveniently attach to a different shape of an attachment object by having a curve unit which enables a spacer to be folded. CONSTITUTION: An inlet(11) includes a circuit chip and an antenna pattern which performs wireless communication in a base member. The inlet is installed on a spacer(10a). The spacer includes a curve unit and has two time longer length than the length of the inlet to a longitudinal direction. The curve unit(22) folds the space and forms the attachment surface to the attachment object. The spacer includes a first spacer in which inlet is installed, a second spacer having the length more than the first spacer to the connection direction by connecting to the first spacer through the curve unit.
