In a method for producing a packaging container having at least one packaging laminate (10 A, 10 B) having at least three polymer layers, said packaging laminate having an inner layer (12 A, 12 B), which forms the inside of the container and which is made of a polymer that is thermally stable under the sealing conditions, and a sealing layer (16 A, 16 B), which follows the inner layer (12 A, 12 B) and which is made of a polymer that can be thermally sealed under the sealing conditions, the packaging laminate is sealed to itself or to a further packaging laminate by means of at least one sealing seam (22) in order to form a bag or is sealed as a cover to an edge of a container part formed from a packaging laminate. The inner layers (12 A, 12 B) facing each other in the sealing seam (22) are locally weakened or cut through in the vicinity of the sealing seam (22) before the sealing process. |
