<p>Disclosed is a solar cell (1) wherein: a diffusion region (4), which contains an impurity of a second conductivity type and is provided on a light-receiving surface of a silicon substrate (2) that contains an impurity of a first conductivity type, comprises a first diffusion region (5) and second diffusion regions (6); the surfaces of the second diffusion regions (6) have a higher concentration of the impurity of a second conductivity type than the surface of the first diffusion region (5); the second diffusion regions (6) are arranged apart from one another; and a light-receiving surface electrode (8) is connected to a plurality of the second diffusion regions (6).</p> |
