<p>Disclosed is an image generation device (1) provided with a laser source (3) for emitting a laser beam, a laser output control unit (11) for modulating the strength of the laser beam, a laser scanner (5) for scanning the irradiation position of the laser beam on the object to be measured (A), a modulation pattern control unit (15) for controlling so as to irradiate the object to be measured (A) with illumination light of multiple spatial modulation patterns, an electric signal detector (7) which detects the electric signals generated from the body to be detected (A) in response to irradiation with the illumination light of multiple spatial modulation patterns, an electric signal imaging unit (17) which generates two-dimensional characteristic images that include characteristic distribution information which associates illumination position information relating to the irradiation position of the illumination light and characteristic information relating to the characteristics of the detected signal, and an image data calculation unit (19) which generates pattern images of the body to be measured (A) on the basis of the multiple characteristic images generated corresponding to the multiple spatial modulation patterns.</p> |
