PURPOSE: A tooth model, a base material fixing table and milling device including the same is provided to move efficiently by motivating each other in 3D space. CONSTITUTION: A tooth model, a base material fixing table comprises: a first shaft; a second shaft crossing the first shaft with constant angle except 90°; a model fixing plate(110) rotating on the basis of a third shaft, which forms 90° with the second shaft, and fixing the tooth model; a base material fixing plate(120) separated from the model fixing plate, and rotating with toe model fixing plate with motivating each other; and an outer frame for fixing the model fixing plate and the base material fixing plate rotatably.
