METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING KEYPAD OF PORTABLE APPLIANCE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a keypad for a portable terminal is provided to improve workability by accurately sticking a base and a key block and to maximize productivity by preventing misassembling of the key block. CONSTITUTION: An ejection and a base are prepared(S100). Key blocks are stamped from the ejection(S200). The key blocks are arranged to an arrangement jig. An auxiliary jig is separated after uniting with the arrangement jig(S300). Font is marked in the upper side of the key blocks(S400). The key blocks are settled to an assembly jig by inserting a pushing pin of a pin block in a pinhole in a state that the auxiliary jig is united with the assembly jig(S500). A key pad is completed by compressing the base on the key blocks.
