PURPOSE: A multi-user video conference system and a conference method thereof are provided to perform a multi-user video conference regardless of an area by multiplexing image data of a plurality of attendants. CONSTITUTION: A video processing terminal(110) of a plurality of video conference terminal units(100-1 to 100-n) transmits video data of a camera(130). A video processing terminal outputs multi-user video conference data to corresponding projectors(120-1 to 120-n). A multi-user video conference server unit(200) receives a plurality of image data from a video conference terminal unit of a multi-user video conference group. The multi-user video conference server unit transmits synthesized video conference data to the video conference terminal.
