PURPOSE: A filament complex non-woven fabric for fiber detergent sheet and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to give the amount the detergent selectively, thereby restraining the excessive use of the detergent. CONSTITUTION: A filament is formed from the melted thermoplastic resin. The filament is cooled by cooling air of the cooling chamber. After fusing the polypropylene resin, the poly propylene resin radiates a plurality of orifices. By supply of strong hot air in both side of the pinneret, a microfiber is generated. The meltbrown nonwoven is manufactured from the microfiber. Each filament is laminated to infinite conveyor belt. About each filament, a point bond is performed by heat calendar. |
