<p>A container (1) for the fermentative production of biogas from organic substrates, comprising an axial agitator (9), one or more inlet devices (2) for filling the container (1), one or more outlet devices (3, 4) for emptying the container (1) and for drawing out a fermentation residue, an external line (5) for supplying a fermenting mixture into a ring line (7) having a plurality of outlet openings (8) for spraying the surface (14) of the fermenting mixture, the sprayed-on fermenting mixture optionally originating from the lower half of the container (1), a device (11) for drawing out the biogas that is produced, and a unit (10) for controlling the temperature of the fermenting mixture. The invention also relates to a method for the fermentative production ofbiogas from organic substrate, to a method for suppressing frothing during the fermentative production of biogas, and to a method for the improved conversion of oils and fats in organic substrates during the fermentative production of biogas, which can be carried out in a container (1).</p> |
