PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing low temperature-processes liposome is provided to ensure skin whitening and anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains liposome in which human-derived stem cell culture extract is encapsulated. The culture extract is prepared by dispersing lecithin in an aqueous phase containing human-derived stem cell culture at room temperature to prepare a dispersion solution, forming reverse micelle emulsion from the dispersion solution using supercritical carbon dioxide, and decompressing to remove the supercritical carbon dioxide. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a skin softener, astringent, lotion, eye cream, massage cream, cleansing cream, cleansing foam, cleansing water, essence, or pack.
