<p>A halogen-tungsten lamp bulb with a metal supporter comprises a base (1) and an outer bulb (2), and the halogen-tungsten lamp (3) is set in the outer bulb. A stem (4) is fixed to the base, and the metal supporter (5) is set between the halogen-tungsten lamp and the stem. The metal supporter has an upper clip and a lower clip at its double-ends, and the upper clip and the lower clip are connected to the clamping seal plate of the halogen-tungsten lamp and the stem by clamping respectively. The upper clip of the metal supporter has a T-shaped piece at its one side, and the transversal metal edge of the T-shaped piece is extended along the outside surface of the clamping seal plate and clamps the clamping seal plate. Two metal conduction wires project from both the clamping seal plate and the stem respectively and are fixed by welding. The halogen-tungsten lamp is positioned and supported by the metal supporter mounted on the stem, and the metal supporter connects to the halogen-tungsten lamp not only by clamping directly but also by enclasping by the T-shaped piece. A cost-effective and stable fastening of the halogen-tungsten lamp in the outer bulb is achieved in this way.</p> |
