BATTERY DIAPHRAGM BASED ON ARAMID FIBER AND PREPARATION METHOD OF THE SAME

A battery diaphragm based on aramid fiber and a preparation method of the same. The battery diaphragm is prepared by taking ultra-short aramid fiber as a main material and adding aramid fiber fibrid, and the specific requirements of air permeability and porosity of the battery diaphragm can be met by regulating a fiber formula and a molding process. The battery diaphragm can realize the mechanical isolation function of the anode and cathode of a battery, simultaneously ensures low resistance and higher ion conductivity and has enough electrochemical stability. The battery diaphragm can be widely applied to manufacturing of various ion batteries.
