The suspension has a body provided with a recess in which a dome (1) is formed, where the dome includes a permanently elastic cushioning ring (2). A ball head retainer (3) is arranged within the elastic cushioning ring, where the retainer comprises a ball head (4) that is connected to a strut (5) and a wheel carrier. A permanently resilient vertical cushioning ring (6) rests against a bottom portion of the dome, and is supported on the retainer. The rings are made of polyurethane. The vertical cushioning ring includes different elastic modulus and material thickness than the elastic ring.
