PURPOSE: An operation device which is directly connected to a drum washing machine is provided to form independent dual magnetic circuits inside and outside a motor, thereby shortening the path of a magnetic circuit. CONSTITUTION: A double stator/double rotor type motor(100) comprises a rotor(11a), an inner stator(21a), and an outer stator(31a). The rotor is arranged between the inner stator and the outer stator. The inner stator and the outer stator cover the rotor to reduce a vibration noise which is generated when the rotor rotates. The inner stator and the outer stator are arranged on the inside/outside of the rotor. An inner magnet(13a) and an outer magnet(14a) which have the same polarity are arranged inside and outside.
